Try this fondue curry dipping sauce, because Reddit says cheese fondue is too mainstream.
Usually when you think fondue, you think of a big pot full of cheesy, garlicky, boozy goodness. But have you ever had an oil fondue? This fondue curry dipping sauce pairs well with any oil or broth fondue where you cook the meat in the fondue pot and then enjoy it with dipping sauces. This one happens to be one of my favorites and works really well with beef, chicken, pork, or whatever other meats you want to cook up!
I wouldn’t even limit this one to just fondue. I imagine there’s a world of uses out there for this kind of sauce, so let your imagination decide its flexibility. My wife even finds it tasty with veggies! The nice thing is the recipe makes plenty, so even after a nice fondue dinner you’ll have enough left over to experiment with until your hearts content. You might find that adjusting the sugar and the curry paste are going to be the two biggest flavor changers, so feel free to experiment with the flavor profile to get it just right for your personal palate. Good luck, and enjoy!
